It is only March, and already there are seven people who have filed nomination papers for the 2010 municipal elections.
The most recent nomination form was filed by Walter . Trachsel, of Mount Forest, for the Ward 3 Wellington County Councillor position. It’s a position familiar to Trachsel, who is already serving in that position.
The position of Ward 3 Wellington North Township council is still up for grabs as no one has yet filed papers for that ward.
