On Feb. 18 at about 12:30am, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Douglas Crescent here.
Police say two people in the vehicle were in possession of suspected drugs.
Natalie Jean Arthurs, 22, of Guelph, was charged with possession of heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as possession of a prohibited device and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
Jason Robert Bull, 27, of Cambridge, was charged with possession of heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine.
They are to appear in Guelph court on March 20,
