DRAYTON – The Drayton 150 celebration weekend is just around the corner, and organizers invite everyone to join in for a memorable celebration from June 27 to 29.
“This event promises to be a vibrant gathering filled with activities that celebrate our community’s rich history and the spirit of togetherness,” organizers stated in a press release.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Drayton 150-themed clothing line, designed to help commemorate this special occasion,” the release continues.
The lime green shirts, intended for committee chairs and volunteers, symbolize the dedication and hard work of those making this event possible.
For those who love this vibrant colour and want to be a part of our volunteer team, these shirts will be available as a token of appreciation.

Additionally, a range of grey apparel featuring commemorative emblems are available for purchase at the local pharmacy in Drayton.
“These items are reasonably priced and are a great way for everyone to show their support and pride in our community,” officials state.
“We are incredibly grateful for the generous support from our sponsors, which has made this a completely free weekend, with the exception of reasonably priced meals,” they continue.
Organizers are aiming for a large turnout to make this celebration truly special and to create lasting memories and to leave a lasting legacy to beneficiaries: the food bank, youth centre, agricultural society, historical society and the Legion.
