There are still a few tickets left for anyone wanting to tickets for the Guelph Arts Council’s Fête Romantique fundraiser.
The draw to decide the winners of the grand prize dinner for six and 30 other prizes will take place on Jan. 29 at 4:30pm at the Arts Council office. Everyone is invited.
Presented on Valentine’s Day, the grand prize dinner will be co-ordinated by Platters Catering and served by members of the Arts Council in a heritage home. A chauffeur-driven limousine will transport the winner and guests to the dinner.
Funds raised by Fête Romantique are an essential part of the council’s budget, ensuring the continuation of its trademark services and programs in support of arts and heritage.
Fête Romantique tickets are $15 each or two for $25, and are available from board members or: both locations of Framing and Art Centre – 987 Gordon Street and 30 Carden Street; Surroundings, 27 Macdonell Street North; Guelph Artisans store in Old Quebec Street, 55 Wyndham Street North; or the the arts council office, 147 Wyndham Street North, 519-836-3280, or guelpharts.ca/guelphartscouncil.
