The Centre Wellington District High School Falcons girls hockey team won the District 10 Championship on Feb. 27, moving them on to compete at CWOSSA this week. With an undefeated season, including two playoff games, the team out-scored its opponents 75-2. Hosting John F. Ross Collegiate in the D10 championship game, the Falcons won 3-0, with goals by Kara denHoed, Sydney Healey and Lynsey Goodwin. Assists went to Courtney denHoed, Kara denHoed, Maddy Bender and Olivia Macmillan. The shutout was earned by Faith Mitchell.
