Toronto-based Kettlebeck Developments has unveiled their first residential project north of the GTA, a 45 freehold townhome residential development in Arthur.
The first phase of the development includes both two-storey and bungalow configurations. Phase I has been released with plans to launch Phase II directly after.
The community is being built by custom-home builder AZ Tech Homes who have been involved in various developments across the GTA.
