On Dec. 31 at about 5pm Wellington County OPP officers responded to a reported theft of a debit card from a residence on Elizabeth Street here.
Police say a woman suspected of taking the card while visiting the day prior then used the card multiple times at area businesses.
Jennifer Doucette, 51, of Harriston, was charged with theft of credit card and eight counts of using of a stolen credit card. She is to appear in Guelph court on Feb. 6.
