Leslie Motors and the Teeswater Minor Hockey Association are partnering to help raise up to $6,000 in support of the association as part of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited’s Drive One 4 UR Community program.
On Nov. 3, from 9am to 4pm, members of the Teeswater, Harriston, Walkerton and Wingham-area communities, and surrounding communities, will have the opportunity to raise money for the association by test-driving a Ford vehicle.
For every person who test-drives a Ford Escape, Focus, F-150 and other available models at this one-day event, Ford of Canada and Leslie Motors will donate $20 to the Teeswater Minor Hockey Association to help with ice time, uniforms and other necessary resources.
Each test-drive will last approximately 7 – 10 minutes.
The event is at the Teeswater-Culross Arena, Teeswater.
Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. Limit one test-drive per household.
A barbecue will also be held during the event.
