It is time once again for Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce Awards of Excellence. Nominations are now closed and the judges are ready to make their decisions.
The chamber is grateful to have OLG as a title sponsor. Its continued support helps the chamber to put on this event to celebrate business and the community. OLG is a proud supporter of over 200 community festivals and events throughout the area.
The additional support of all sponsors throughout the business community is greatly appreciated as they come together for this annual celebration.
The theme this year is “Centre Wellington – Highlighting the GRAND!” This brings lots of colour to mind, so be bright and highlight your outfit or be classic in business attire if you prefer.
This year Scotiabank will be selling general admission tickets for the event until May 2. Scotiabank, as a community sponsor, will be matching funds for tickets sold through the Fergus branch. Tickets are also available at the Chamber office and are $45 plus tax.
The event will take place May 15 at the Fergus Grand Theatre on St. Andrew Street West. The reception area in front of the theatre has been expanded to provide an opportunity for guests to network and mingle. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available from 6:30 to 8pm, when the awards program will begin inside the theatre.
