MISSISSAUGA – Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) was named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for a second year in a row.
CVC was recognized this year for prioritizing social connectivity over the past year, organizing a variety of events to help employees engage with each other including remote cooking competitions, mastery workshops hosted by staff, virtual competitions and activities that helped engage employees and their kids, and much more, detailed a Dec. 3 press release.
“It’s an honour to be named one of Greater Toronto’s top employers for a second year in a row, said Deborah Martin-Downs, CAO for CVC.
“This award is a reflection of our commitment and support to our employees who continue to do great work on behalf of the communities we serve.”
This year again, CVC adapted to the pandemic and continued to support municipalities and residents with vital services like flood forecasting and warning, tree planting and greening programs to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
