The 4-H Crazy Crocheters Club meets in Elora.
First meeting
On Feb. 24, at the OMAFRA office in Elora, the 4-H Centre Wellington Crazy Crocheters Club started a new project. After the 4-H pledge, we learned some crocheting terms that we might find in different patterns.
Then we did the election of officers for the club who are: president Madison Bartlett, vice president Brooklyn Smith, secretary Amanda Wing and press reporter Natalie Klein.
Our leaders for this project are Mary Fraser, Irene Bultena and Linda Wing.
We learned how to do a slip knot, a chain stitch and then a single stitch. To end the meeting we said the 4-H motto.
Second meeting
On March 3, at the OMAFRA office in Elora, the club held its second meeting. We started with the 4-H pledge and read the minutes from the last meeting.
We started reading our project pattern, then we started our crocheting. We will be making a dishcloth. Afterwards, we talked about making a poster board or a video for the club. We ended the meeting with the 4-H motto.
