Security Features
Metallic Stripe: Tilt and the numbers and maple leaves change colour.
Ghost Image: Hold the note up to the light. A small portrait appears on both sides.
Puzzle Number: Hold the note up to the lightt. Irregular marks on the front and back form a complete number.
Dashes: Hold the note up to the light. The dashes form a solid line. Tilt the note. The dashes shift from gold to green. Small characters (e.g., CAN 20) match the note’s value.
Feel the raised ink on the large number, the shoulder and the words “Bank of Canada.”
