Two local business proposals can proceed as planned now that council has passed zoning amendment bylaws granting approval.
On Nov. 10 council unanimously approved amending the site specific zoning for the Harvest Table in Parker to allow a residential dwelling as well as a food establishment known as The Bistro.
It also unanimously approved a zoning amendment to allow a greenhouse and nursery on 1.52 acres of land on Concession 8 (Booth Street) in Moorefield. A 2,200 square foot greenhouse is already located on the property.
