MOUNT FOREST - Local singer-songwriter Brittany Brodie’s new Christmas hit It’s Christmas is currently the number two most downloaded Canadian country song in Canada.

She wrote the song with Zach Neil.

On Dec. 15 Brodie will be performing at the Hepworth Legion Hall at 7pm.

Tickets are $30 and can be purchased by calling 519-935-2902.

In Mount Forest tickets can be purchased at the River radio station and Officers Auto Care.

The tickets can also be purchased at Cindy’s Variety in Hepworth, Bayshore Country Feeds in Owen Sound, the Legion in Hepworth and Rabbit Dash in Port Elgin.

Brodie’s brother, Wade Brodie, was recently killed in a motor vehicle accident and she considered canceling the concert.

“It’s so hard to push through and do all this after just losing my brother, Wade, but he would want this and wouldn’t want me to stop singing,” she said.

“The show is continuing for him.”

For more information call the Hepworth Legion Hall at 519-935-2902.
