Classic cars take over museum lawn for annual show

Classic - The classic car show at the Wellington County Museum and Archives, held on Aug. 25, was a hit with car lovers of every description. And the vehicles on display had every description too. Here an orange pickup truck makes waves with visitors. Photos by Bill Longshaw
Unique - There were many unique cars at the classic car show held at the Wellington County Museum and Archives on Aug. 25. This is a little home made electric car but it is still licensed to drive.
British invasion - Here is a row of British cars, which many people in the area have taken up restoring as a hobby.
Best in show - This year registered exhibitors could win a small prize in one of three categories. Best Interior prize went to Case Coulter and his 1959 Chevrolet Impala; best finish went to Barry Pickett from Milton with a 1953 MG TD Midget; and best in show went to Alan Sadocsky from Cambridge for his 1997 Lotus Esprit.
Would you like fries with that? - This car owner went all-out nostalgia with a nod to drive-in restaurants and the servers who roller skated your order to you.
Vintage - This is a Ford Model T with two open seats Depot Hack.
Ho-la-la - This classic gold-coloured French Citroen grabbed attention at the car show.
