An article “County to revisit ‘connecting link’ classification after Highway 6 discussion” in the July 5 edition of the Wellington Advertiser quoting a Wellington County roads committee report states there are seven Connecting Link Program roads in Wellington County.
According to the Ministry of Transportation Connecting Links Program 2018-19 Guide, there are eight connecting links that are eligible for provincial funding within the county.
