ABOYNE – The Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) welcomes residents and visitors to the second annual Christmas Market on Nov. 25 from 4 to 9pm and Nov. 26 from noon to 5pm.
The event offers unique gifts from more than 70 local artisans, officials say. There will also be live musical entertainment, local food and beverages, horse-drawn wagon rides, kids crafts and activities, and a visit from Santa Claus.
“Back by popular demand, the Christmas Market at the museum promises to get the whole family in the holiday spirit,” said WCMA program assistant Emily Peters.
“The event provides a tremendous opportunity to support local artisans while also sourcing one-of-a-kind, handmade gifts for the holidays.”
Admission to the Christmas Market is by donation. The event is held on the grounds outside the museum and in the museum galleries.
