The township is reaching out to residents about the 2017 operating budget and its impact to taxpayers.
“The ability to have input in the budget process is not only a learning experience for residents, but it also shows openness and transparency on the township’s behalf,” said CAO Andy Goldie.
Taxpayers can participate by filling out the survey until Nov. 13 at www.centrewellington.ca/budget.
Residents without access to a computer are encouraged to stop by the Fergus Sportsplex, the municipal office (1 MacDonald Square in Elora) or any local libraries to fill out the survey.
Township officials say survey results will be shared with council for consideration as part of the 2017 operating budget discussions.
