Centre Wellington has been featured two weeks in a row on the Discovery Channel.
In less than eight days, two popular Discovery Channel shows filmed in both Elora and Fergus this past summer will be aired internationally.
The Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games was showcased in the popular show It’s Tougher Than It Looks with host Andrew Younghusband.
The show takes viewers on a journey of the toughest, oddest, most dangerous tasks on the planet.
This summer Younghusband visited Fergus and joined the heavy event competitors under the direction of Warren Trask.
Younghusband spent the weekend throwing cabers, highland dancing, participating in tug of war and even playing the bagpipes.
