Ministry investigating report of inspector visiting business without mask
MINTO – The province is investigating reports that one of its inspectors visited at least one local business unmasked during an inspection blitz to check for compliance with COVID-19 pandemic-related orders.
Majority of local businesses failed COVID-19 inspections
WELLINGTON COUNTY – Provincial workplace health and safety inspectors will be returning to Wellington Dufferin Guelph in the coming weeks. An inspection blitz in February found that just 45 per cent of the 572 businesses inspected were in compliance with the Reopening Ontario Act.
