Daffodils Days runs from March 25 to 28 this year and everyone is invited to join the fight against cancer by buying a bunch of them for $7, or 2 bunches for $12.
When people donate to the Canadian Cancer Society, they provide a lifeline to everything it does – from research to maintaining community outreach programs, and advocacy. Last year, Daffodil Days raised over $40,000. Once again, community volunteers will be hosting luncheons and selling daffodils throughout Wellington County.

This April during Daffodil Month, tens of thousands of volunteers across Ontario will be canvassing their neighbourhoods on behalf of the Canadian Cancer Society to raise funds for the fight against cancer. In neighbourhoods that are not being canvassed door to door, the society is mailing envelopes and hanging donation forms on doorknobs. Last year over $160,000 was raised.
