Bobtail Truck Show runs June 7

The 11th annual Palmerston Bobtail Truck Show is on June 7.

Registration is from 8 to 11am and includes a plaque for each truck and door prizes. Truck Show awards are on Sunday at 1pm. For informa­tion contact Don Harrow 343-3488..

The sixth annual Classic, Custom and Stock Car and Pickup Show runs the same day. Registration is 9am to noon. The engine blow is at 4pm. For information contact Peter Henderson 343-2907

The third annual Motor­cycle Show and Shine,  is the same day.

Other events include the 13th annual road hockey tournament for ages 5 to 14. For an early registration form, call Gerald Metzger at 343-2294 prior to June 01

Saturday’s Music in the Park is by John Borton in the afternoon and High Perfor­mance plays in the evening

The Optimist smoked pork chop barbecue supper runs from 5 to 7pm in the commu­nity centre (advance tickets only).

All proceeds go to youth in Minto with a donation to Har­riston playground equipment fund.
