CENTRE WELLINGTON – Teddy bears of all colours and sizes, and numerous other stuffed animal friends, accompanied youngsters to the Wellington County Museum and Archives for the annual Teddy Bear Picnic on June 22.

This year the event was also part strawberry festival, with foods starring fresh berries to enjoy at the picnic.

A highlight of the picnic was the Teddy Bear Caper, a unique contest that included prizes for largest bear, best-dressed bear, bear with the funniest name, and the like.
