Authors in spotlight at local libraries

Have you ever read a book and thought about the questions you would ask the author?

What inspired them to write the book? How did they go about getting published? Now’s your chance! Enjoy virtual author talks with Author Spotlight from Wellington County Library.

Through this service, you can experience live talks with bestselling authors, and even submit questions for the authors in advance.

Upcoming authors include John Stamos, Tiffany “The Budgetnista” Aliche, Victoria Aveyard and Stephanie Land. You can also view recordings of all past author talks from the last 60 days, including talks with Amor Towles, Ruth Ware and Rick Steves. To register, please visit libraryc.org/wellington.

If you are interested in meeting with members of your community to discuss books and ideas, Wellington County Libraries offer Book Clubs at most branches. For more information, or to register for these and other programme offerings, please visit our website at wellington.ca/LibraryCalendar.
