Tough loss – Elora Fergus Edge Ringette players participated in the Western Region Ringette Championships in Kitchener from April 14 to 16. The U12 team was going for bronze but lost in an action packed 6-5 loss in overtime to Exeter-Seaforth.

WELLINGTON COUNTY – Landowners with land parcels under 10 acres have until June 1 to rid their property of noxious weeds before the county’s weed inspectors could take care of the job, potentially resulting in a bill to the landowner.
