ELORA – Centre Wellington council’s special meeting on Nov. 8 was short, but it certainly wasn’t sweet. During the 21-minute meeting councillor Bob Foster accused staff of withholding important information and Mayor Kelly Linton called out Foster and threatened to remove him from the meeting.
WDGPH board approves $23.8-million budget for next year
GUELPH – The Ministry of Health is covering the extra $13 million in COVID-19 expenses incurred in 2021 for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH), allowing the agency to present a balanced budget for 2022-23.

Township buys land for new operations centre
