Fête Romantique is in the air and ticket buyers now have a chance to win the grand prize of a gourmet dinner for six served by members of Guelph Arts Council in an area heritage home.
As well as the grand prize, there will be 30 other prizes, including tickets to concerts, theatres, and festivals, gift certificates for dinners at local restaurants, and vouchers for products and services of fine local businesses.
Fête Romantique is the annual fundraising raffle that ensures Guelph Arts Council can continue nurturing arts and heritage endeavours that make the city a culturally vibrant community.
Previous grand prize recipient Heather Hodgson said her gourmet dinner evening was “truly magical.
Only 1,800 tickets are printed and they sell quickly.
Tickets are $15 each or two for $25, and are available from the following locations: Guelph Artisans store in Old Quebec Street Mall; both locations of Framing and Art Centre – 987 Gordon Street and 30 Carden Street; Santa Fe Marketplace, 21 Wyndham Street North; or the GAC office at 147 Wyndham Street North, Suite 404.
The prize draw will take place on Jan. 31, at 4:30pm in the Guelph Arts Council boardroom. Details and updates are on the website at guelpharts.ca/guelphartscouncil.
