Drexler Construction, of Rockwood, has won the bid for the construction of the Arthur arena parking lot with the low tender of $397,916.
Wellington North Mayor Mike Broomhead noted the low three bids were within a few thousand dollars of each other.
Treasurer John Jeffrey said the work is in three phases, and includes construction of a floor in the arena and an elevator.
Broomhead said Drexler wants to get at the project sooner rather than later.
