The Arboretum at the University of Guelph is offering walks until Aug. 31 on Wednesday evenings, beginning at 7pm.
Most programs will be one and a half hours long. Meet at the J.C. Taylor Centre at 7pm to begin the walk.
The cost is $2 per person and children under 5 are free.

Be prepared to have fun and get a little dirty.
Aug. 3, Lovely Lepi-dopterans: Discovering Onta-rio’s Butterflies and Moths. Learn about the identification, life cycles, and habitats of those unique creatures.
Aug. 10, Arboretum Detec-tives: Investigating Animal Signs In this detective exploration of the Arboretum, hunt for clues, signs, and tracks to discover the secret world of wildlife that may be hiding just out of sight.
Aug. 17, Discovering Ontario’s Native Trees Explore the diverse world of native trees that can be found all over this province. Investigate habitat needs, life cycles, and ecosystem dynamics of some of the familiar and the not so familiar trees found in Ontario, while picking up some helpful identification tips along the way.
Aug. 24, Spellbinding Spiders Spiders play an integral role in natural ecosystems, have extremely diverse and unique adaptations, and in general, are pretty neat organisms. Dispel the myths and learn the facts surrounding unique and often misunderstood creatures.
Aug. 31, All About Frogs Those amphibians are found on every continent on Earth except Antarctica, and there are 13 species of frogs and toads found in Ontario alone. Discover many fascinating frog facts and observe some of the native species in one’s own back yard.
