PALMERSTON – The second annual Raleway Festival was held at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum on June 24. Despite periods of rain, the outdoor event drew about 450 people. Attendees at the event, hosted by the Town of Minto, All Aboard Palmerston and the Railway Museum, had a chance to sample beverages from a variety of area brewers, wineries and distilleries, and enjoy outdoor games, food from local vendors and handcar rides courtesy of museum staff and a peformance by the 12th Line Band, featuring a number of talented local musicians.
