MINTO – The event committees of Harriston Rising, All Aboard Palmerston and Clifford Connects are responding to uncertainty about Halloween trick-or-treating during the COVID-19 pandemic by sponsoring a Home-O-Ween in Minto photo contest.
Minto parents are encouraged to post photos of their children under age 15 using the hashtag #MINTOHOMEOWEEN by Nov. 1 in order to win treats for the kids.
