ARTHUR – On Christmas Eve, Santa Claus will visit millions of homes across Canada in just one night.
Given that, the task of headlining various community parades over the next month must be easy.
Santa will be coming to Arthur at the annual Arthur Opti-Mrs Santa Claus Parade on Nov. 30 at 7pm.
With the theme Snowman Wonderland, participants will gather at Arthur Public School at 6:30pm in preparation for the 7pm start.
Floats will head from the school to Smith Street (Highway 6) and proceed south along George Street (also Highway 6) to the intersection of George and Charles Street/RBC Bank where the parade disperses.
Following the parade, Santa will make a pit stop at the Arthur Fire Hall for a meet and greet. Hot chocolate and hot dogs will be available.
