BRUCEDALE – Applications have to be in this week for grants under Guelph-Eramosa Township’s Community Improvement Plan (CIP).
The township has set aside $30,000 for this year’s CIP program, which will provide financial incentives to encourage the enhancement of existing built-up areas with projects such as façade upgrades, new signage and landscaping.
Businesses are required to invest money in the projects in order to qualify for a township grant.
Projects approved in the township program are also eligible for additional funding through the Wellington County CIP program.
