Splash Bash – The Palmerston Lions Club hosted the annual Splash Bash to celebrate the opening of the local pool splash pad in Lions Heritage Park on June 8. As well as the opportunity to cool off in the water, the event featured bouncy castles, a free barbecue courtesy of the Lions Club and a chance to try out handcars at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum.
