FERGUS – The Victoria Park Seniors Centre’s 12th Annual Active Living and Retirement Show is March 22 from 10am to 2pm at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex (550 Belsyde Avenue in Fergus).
Over 50 exhibitor booths on services available to older adults from a variety of organizations.
Aside from free admission, the show features grab bags, chair massages, fascial stretching, light refreshments, fitness classes, seminars and more.
