FERGUS – The Victoria Park Seniors Centre’s 12th Annual Active Living and Retirement Show is set for March 22 from 10am to 2pm.
The event takes place at the Fergus sportsplex (550 Belsyde Ave.).
It will include over 50 exhibitor booths on services available to older adults from a variety of organizations.
Aside from free admission, the show features grab bags, chair massages, fascial stretching, light refreshments, fitness classes, seminars and more.
