FERGUS – The old Beatty Pool, at 190 St. David Street South, is the new location for the office of Wellington-Halton Hills MP Michael Chong.
In his winter 2019 community newsletter, Chong explains “our former landlord has decided to expand his business and needs our space.”
The office is now located at 190 St. David Street, just south of the bridge over the Grand River.
Parking is off Queen Street East which includes the wheelchair accessible entrance.
The Beatty Pool was built in 1930 by the Beatty brothers. At the time, it was a dominant business in the community. Chong writes, “the building served the community for 75 years and we look forward to using this space to continue to serve the community.”
