GUELPH – On Dec. 30 at about 3am, Wellington County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program on the Hanlon Expressway.
Police say officers spoke to three males in a black sedan and detected the odour of suspected fresh marijuana. The investigation led to the seizure of over 300g of suspected cannabis.
All three occupants, from the Greater Toronto Area, were charged with possession of cannabis while under 19 years of age. The driver was also charged with having cannabis readily available, while the passengers were charged with unlawfully purchasing cannabis.
