DUFFIELD, Emma Elizabeth (nee Tansley) of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Duffield (1985) and the late Cliff Rice (1948). Cherished mother of Dorothy and Ted Jennings of Bancroft, John and Judy Duffield of Eden Mills, Albert and Sue Duffield of Fergus and Art and Angie Duffield of Arthur. Mother-in-law of Rita Duffield of Arthur. Dear grandmother to her 12 grand, 15 great grand and 7 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Joe Duffield (2015). The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Sunday, March 4, 2018. The Funeral Service was held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Carlisle United Church Cemetery.
