DAFOE, William (Bill) – Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Bill Dafoe was the beloved husband of Ann (Horst) Dafoe. Dear father of David (Sue), Todd (Penny), Richard, Jeff, Louise (John) and Michael. Loved grandfather of Scott (Heather), Dillon, Jordon (Lorissa), Jessie, Alexis, Saphire (Matt), Katelyn, Nick, Madison, and great-grandson Jaxon. Fondly remembered by the Horst family. Bill was predeceased by his first wife Marjorie (Russ) Dafoe (1971), parents Clarence and Margaret (Greene) Dafoe, and sister Ethel Dafoe. The family received relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. Interment will take place in Elmira Union Cemetery, followed by a reception at the funeral home.
