HIGDON, Gerald “Gerry” of Rothsay passed away with his family by his side at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Sunday, February 26, 2017 in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Barbie (Kirk) Higdon for 42 years. Dear father of Scott Higdon and his fiancé Lauren of Listowel. Grandfather of Tylor and Austin. Brother of Maxine and Ed Higdon, Marilyn and Gary Olenek, Bernard and Cindy Higdon, George Higdon and Gloria (Lori) and Charles Batista Ferrer. Brother-in-law of Donna Burnett, Dave and Doreen Kirk and Bev and Jack Keller. Predeceased by his parents William James and June Higdon (nee Pollett) and sister Gloria.
