ORR, Ethel (nee Hall); Peacefully on Thursday January 5, 2017 at Caressant Care, Fergus. Ethel in her 104th year was the beloved wife of the late Norman Orr (1981) and loving mother of Alan Orr (Nyola). Ethel was the adoring “wee grandma” of David (Dianne), Ryan (Ashley) and Nathan Orr and great-grandma of Simon, Michelle and Charlotte. Ethel was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Susanah Hall, brothers Arnold, Jim and Gordon Hall and her sister and best friend Emily Wheeler. Ethel is survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy Hall. Friends were invited to visitation at Hillsburgh Baptist Church, 21 Trafalgar Road, Hillsburgh on Monday January 9, 2017 from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. A Funeral Service followed at 2 p.m. Donations in Ethel’s memory can be made to the Jean Matheson Music Scholarship or a charity of ones choice.
