Mom was a homemaker for most of her life raising her children, keeping the home together and making sure we hit curfew. She belonged to the Elora Horticultural Society and the Elora Legion Women’s Auxiliary but mostly just loved being a mother. She loved to see pictures her grandchildren but especially got to visit her daughter Lynda who has Down Syndrome also at the Terrace. As well, she could still do the New York crossword puzzle up to end. Special mention to the Wellington Terrace especially Apple Valley RN’s, PSW’s, Meal Prep ladies, cleaners everyone that made Mom so comfortable. Thanks as well to Dr. Stickney for Mom’s care. In lieu of flowers, please give to the Canadian Diabetes Society or the Elora Canadian Legion.
Mom, you will be in our
hearts forever and we will miss
your laugh….
