HUME-WURMLI, Jolanda Roswitta of Moorefield passed away peacefully at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Sunday July 5, 2015 in her 51st year. Beloved wife of Tim Hume for 11 years, and the late Paul Wurmli (1998). Loving mother of Andreas and LeaAnne Wurmli of Palmerston, Daniel and Anita Wurmli of Palmerston, Thomas Wurmli of Arthur, Christian Wurmli and his friend Kathrin of Switzerland, Veronica and Ben Wervers of London, Geoffrey Hume and his friend Danielle of Ayton, Evan Hume and his fiancé Jessica of London, and Hayden Hume of Wasaga Beach.Cherished grandmother of Paul, Erika and Heidi Wurmli; Ethan and Caleigh Wervers. Sister of Maria, Peter and Eric all of Switzerland. Daughter-in-law of Allan Hume of Rockwood. Sister-in-law of Jim and Nancy Hume of Everton, Margaret and Dave Townsend of Belwood, Calvin and Philomena Hume of Guelph, and Lisa and Rick Ripley of Rockwood. Fondly remembered by her nieces nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Maria Schurmann and her sister Monica. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Thursday, July 9, 2015. The Funeral Mass was Celebrated in St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, Drayton on Friday July 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. Followed by interment in St. Johns Catholic Cemetery, Arthur. As expressions of sympathy donations to Bayshore Nursing or the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
