Beloved son of Irene Smedleyand John Smedley. Dear brother of Richard Smedley, Andrew Smedley, Rachel Lauzon and David Smedley. Frank will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Frank was always a source of positive thoughts and influence throughout his life and short illness.
