Haley, Pearl Amelia; Born May 31, 1923 to Andrew and Hazel Scott in Kirkland, N.B., one of twelve children. Pearl passed away peacefully on Sunday April 6, 2014 with Al, her husband of sixty-eight and a half years by her side at the Wellington Terrace Home For the Aged, Fergus. She has suffered with the effects of Alzheimer’s for the past ten years. Pearl is survived by her husband Al (Allison) of Fergus, son Ralph (Donna 2009) of Barrie and daughter Gail Crowston of Maple Ridge, B.C., four grandchildren, Scott of Barrie, Laura Jeanne of Windsor, and Jamie and Adam Crowston of Maple Ridge, B.C. Pearl is also survived by brothers, Tommy and Donny (Betty) and one sister-in-law Lois Scott, all of Debec, N.B., brother-in-law Lloyd (Evelyn) Haley of Mississauga. Also missed by a large number of nieces and nephews. There will be no funeral home visitation or funeral. Cremation has taken place with interment of cremated remains in the Haley family farm in lower Wakefield, N.B. at a later date.
