Irene (Beath) Hawkins, in her 94th year, beloved wife of the late Harold William Hawkins (1998). Dear mother of Fred and his wife Lorna; Marie and her husband Jim Kennedy all of RR#3, Rockwood; Ron and his wife Donna of RR#5, Rockwood; Ann and her husband Brian Black of RR#3 Rockwood and the late Harold, Jr (1996). Loved grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Archie Beath (late Betty). Survived also by several nieces and nephews. The family wish to thank the nurses and staff of Eden House Care Facility for their dedicated service and attention. Rested at the GILBERT MacINTYRE and SON FUNERAL HOME, ROCKWOOD CHAPEL, 117 Guelph Street, Rockwood on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral was on Saturday morning, June 22nd, at St. Peter’s Church, Oustic, for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oustic. There was a Vigil for Irene on Friday evening at 8 pm.
