Lougheed, Edward; Passed away peacefully on New Years’ Day at The Guelph General Hospital in his 90th year with his family by his side. Edward was predeceased by his wife Ethel Chambers (2002). He will be missed by his children Shirley (Perry) Crone, Lloyd (Brenda) Lougheed and Lyn (Rick) Vanderstarren as well as his grandchildren Scott (Adele) Crone, Stephanie Crone, Dr. Jenn (Drew) Woods, Mark Lougheed, Dawn Vanderstarren and Paul Lougheed. Also missing Edward will be his great grandchildren Terrance, Ashley and Evan Crone. Edward is survived by his brothers and sisters Bernice Clark, Bill (Marjorie) Lougheed, Harold (Gloria) Lougheed, John Lougheed and Margaret Lougheed and was predeceased by Donald, Raymond, Norman and Bruce. Visitation was held at The Trinity United Church in Grand Valley from 12:00-2:00pm on Friday, January 4th followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm also at the church. Reception followed. At the family’s request, donations are to be directed to the Trinity United Church or the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
