Seip, Ella; of R.R.2, Clifford – passed away at University Hospital, London, on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in her 75th year. Ella Elmina (Koehler) Seip was the beloved wife of Arlen Seip and dear mother of Randy and Nancy Seip, and Joanne and Peter Douglas, all of R.R. 1, Clifford, Daryl and Cynthia Seip of Port Elmsley, and Darlene and Rick Hill of R.R. 3, Clifford. Remembered by her grandchildren Jonathan and Suzie Seip of Kitchener, Elizabeth and Justin Howatt of Elmwood, Christopher and Rachael Douglas of Harriston, Anthony and Marie Douglas of Milverton, Jill Douglas and Martin Sadowski of Ennismore, Benedict Douglas of R.R. 1, Clifford, Adam Seip and Ryley Seip, both of Port Elmsley, Natasha Clarke-Sanche of Owen Sound, Nicholas Hill of Toronto, and Danielle Hill of R.R.3, Clifford, and by her great-grandchildren Simon, Abigail, Mackenzie, Brooke, Natalie, Reid, James, Paige, Sadie, Jack, Maryam, and Yusef. Ella was the sister of Norman and Barbara Koehler of New Hamburg, and Henry and Geraldine Koehler of Wellesley, and sister-in-law of Margaret Koehler of Waterloo, Ed Dunn of Breslau, and Inge Schmidt of Waterloo. She was predeceased by her great-granddaughter Lila Emm Douglas, by her sister Hilda Dunn and by her brothers Karl Koehler and Earl Schmidt. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm. The funeral service was held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifford on Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00am with Pastor Jody Rinas officiating. Interment in Howick Lutheran Cemetery, Howick Township. Memorial donations to London Health Sciences Centre or the Lutheran Hour would be appreciated.
