Stumpf, Wilfred Edgar; Born on December 30, 1924 in Waterloo. Passed away from cancer at his home in Salem, May 3, 2012. Beloved husband of Dolly for 64 years. Survived by daughter Vykkie and her late husband Gerry Sanders. Also survived by his sister Marie Arnold and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Joe and Gilbert and parents Magdalena (Nee: Schnarr) and Edgar Stumpf. Wilf was a World War II veteran, he then joined the R.C.A.F. where he served as a fire fighter for 26 years. In later years he ran a small business from his home in Salem. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Graham A. Giddy funeral home.
